Ever After: Molly & Mas

She was glowing. He was all smiles. I couldn't get over how excited Molly and Mas were to see each other. The normal nervous jitters were replaced by sheer joy as Molly took her dress out of the bag and realized the day was finally here. Once she started walking down the aisle and saw Mas, her husband, I don't think they took their eyes off of each other the rest of the day. The justice of the peace said "please kiss your bride." They kissed. And kissed. And kissed some more until the laughing j.o.p. said "okay, you can stop kissing your bride!" So great.

Molly and Mas: I felt right at home with you guys and your family. Mas, there was even homemade italian cookies!! Your mom made my day :) I hope you two are enjoying Australia and let's get together when you get back. -erica

Many thanks to the European Flower Company in Weymouth for some of the prettiest flowers I've ever seen. Also on a sidenote, Molly gave me some of the flowers at the end of the night, and now, THREE WEEKS later, they are still alive and kicking. That's some serious credit!
I also want to give props to Milestone Video Productions. Amy was a super professional videographer and we worked so well together!

Scary Birthday Age

Okay, so yes.....I am turning 25 next week. I always remembered when I was little thinking that 25 was super old and now I'm there. Well, almost. I still have a week :)

I've thinking lately about where I want to be when I'm thirty, and then I realized, if I am still taking pictures of people in love that later become my great friends, get to go home to Reese and the cutest puppy ever, and talk to my sister and my best friend Jen on a daily basis, than I am all good. Bring on being old :)

Here's to the rest of my life hopefully taking pictures of fantastic people such as Jade and Tom:

I AM … a picture-taker :)
I WANT… to always be laughing and around good people.
I HAVE … a caring, supportive, and extremely talented boyfriend.
I KEEP … movie stubs for absolutely no reason.
I WISH I COULD … hug my dad and never ever let go. Ever.
I HATE … black licorice
I FEAR … failure
I DON’T THINK …. I could live without my little puppy Tucker jumping on me to wake me up every morning.
I REGRET … not pursuing my passion earlier in life.
I LOVE … nailing the shot. There is nothing better (warm chocolate chip cookies do come in a very close second though.)
I AM NOT … good at singing, but I do it anyways. Loud. In the car.
I DANCE … at weddings every time. I hope that never stops.
I NEVER … want to loose touch with my drive to succeed.
I RARELY … can watch a whole movie without falling asleep. Reese gets so mad at me.
I CRY WHEN...… I hear emotional speeches at weddings and when I watch the Notebook. I am such a girl.
I HATE THAT … it's getting cold out.
I’M CONFUSED ABOUT … why the man who invests all your money is called a broker?
I NEED … that necklace from Harry Potter that can help you go back in time so I could have a few more hours every day. Yup, that would be pretty awesome.
I SHOULD … get back to editing.

Molly & Mas

He proposed on the Great Wall of China. She was speechless but the tiny little word that means so much did eventually come out. YES! What better place to do their engagements in Boston than Chinatown? Man, we rocked out Chinatown like no other. This couple is so insanely in love with each other and it shows in every single picture.

Molly and Mas: I can't even begin to express how much fun I have had with you two. Have SUCH a blast in Australia and we'll catch up when you get back :) love, erica

Okay, so apparently, anytime that Mas is in trouble with Molly (which I don't believe ever actually happens) all he does is bite her shoulder and all is forgiven! I wish everything was that easy :)

Haley and Matt are sweet, fun, easy-going, hilarious, and REALLY easy to take pictures of. If their engagement session wasn't at 10 AM, I would've loved to grab a beer with them, but we'll just have to wait until next time :)

Their wedding is in December and it sounds breathtaking. Winter. Black dresses. Red roses. I can just picture it!
